We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs don’t always demonstrate the exact color and the actual color of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we know of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.
Yes, Out of stock items are restocked as quickly as possible. If you request so on the item’s page, we will send you an email when it is available, in the color and size you specify. If it is not possible to restock an item, we will remove it from the website.
We do not currently support this feature on our site. However we can issue a copy upon request, a copy will be provided with the purchase
Although we would love to receive your order, we currently cannot ship outside of the USA where our online shop is open. However, we are constantly expanding, and aim to reach even more countries in the future, for your full satisfaction!
We offer refunds to any unsatisfied customers up to 15 days after the date of the purchasing was made, no questions asked. If your order is processing or can’t cancel please contact us to stop processing your order. In case you are not happy with the purchase, then submit a refund request with the optional feedback. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days to receive the fund.
